What measures are being taken to ensure the safety and health of all TLC participants

The TLC Leadership Team and staff members will be trained to sanitize and disinfect surfaces and areas before, during and after the conference. The safety and health of all attendees, staff and leadership is our priority.

Will there be any medical staff at the conference?

Yes. A registered nurse will be on campus the week of TLC. Our staff are also trained to recognize medical needs and to follow set protocols in the case of an emergency.

If a TLC registrant has cold/flu-like symptoms, can they attend TLC?

No. We ask anyone who is experiencing any cold/flu-like symptoms to stay home and rest.

Is there a date when I’ll know if TLC will be cancelled?

The CSU administration will work with the TLC Leadership Team and consider all recommendations from local and state government. Since information and recommendations change rapidly, there is not a set date in place for cancellations. The TLC Leadership Team will communicate any updates through email and social media regarding TLC 2020.
